Weight Watchers at Work: How it Worked for Me
I was a stress eater and it showed. Every year the scales would go up another 10, 15
or 20 pounds. My many attempts to diet over the years would work for awhile, but the
weight would always come back as soon as the diet ended.
When a friend and colleague suggested Weight Watchers at Work, I was skeptical but
agreed to go along with her to give it a try. One year and eight months later, I have lost
66 pounds, am at my ideal weight and am keeping the weight off. Not only that, I am
happier than I have been in years - those extra pounds had been weighing down more
than just my body. And, I have a whole community of new friends and colleagues who
are part of my Weight Watchers family and are a key part of why Weight Watchers at Work
worked for me. As we say in Weight Watchers, it is not a diet - it is a lifestyle change.
Thanks Weight Watchers!
