Training tracks
VCU seeks to attract and retain the best faculty and staff to support its academic mission and business needs. As a part of this strategic initiative, the university is committed to providing these individuals with training opportunities designed to enhance their professional growth and career development.
For a cohesive approach to training goals, the following areas have been grouped into a series of “training tracks” that incorporate existing resources, both internal and external. We have built courses around these training tracks so there are clear paths for employees and managers.
