Professional Development Certificate program
Our Professional Development Certificate program offers faculty and staff the opportunity to enhance their skills, knowledge and abilities through the development of organizational competencies.
Program advantages include:
- No required or elective courses. Participants earn their certificates based on the number of hours they complete in the new program. You and your manager decide which training workshops are best suited for you and and/or your staff needs.
- Course content focuses on achieving certain organizational competencies.
- All open-enrollment courses and some departmental workshops count toward the Professional Development Certificate.
- Three progressive levels allow for continued skill development.
