The Personnel Administrator certification program is a comprehensive series of training modules addressing the human resources competencies necessary for VCU personnel administrators to successfully perform their jobs as HR liaisons.

The PA certification program provides basic information required to obtain and maintain Banner HR security access. It also provides an opportunity for technical, compliance, policy and general skills enhancement. Other sessions, which include a mixture of required and elective courses, support continued professional development and offer the PA an opportunity to earn personnel administrator certification. Our staff partners with HR content experts to design and facilitate these programs.
