Description of general responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Several years of experience with development and management of comprehensive project plans, preferably in human services and/or training. Experience must reflect the ability to organize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines from concept to implementation. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and apply the skills sets to provide project team leadership. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, along with demonstration of strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience must also reflect extensive familiarity with project management tasks, techniques and models such as Project Initiation Documents, Scope Statements, GANNTT Charting, Risk Assessment Matrix, Procurement Documentation, and Close-out Reports.
