Full-time VCU faculty and classified staff  - Virginia Interactive provides employment information for both current faculty and classified VCU employees only. 

Part-time VCU employees (including adjunct faculty, hourly, or student workers)  - The employee should obtain the information by accessing and printing the following documentation through the eServices/VCU Self Service system:

• Current Pay Voucher

• Current Year Pay History
• Employment History and Data

Former VCU Employees

Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) maintains records of prior University employees for 5 years from the date of employment termination.  After this date, the files are destroyed in accordance with state regulations.

For employment verifications on former employees who worked at VCU within the last five years, fax a written request to:
