Pay band 1
FLSA status: non-exempt
Positions/employees in pay band 1 typically have the following characteristics:
- Performance of most routine and very specific, well-defined tasks, narrow in scope
- Work that is typically manual
- Closely supervised
- Limited skills needed to qualify

Pay band 2
