What is CommonHealth?
CommonHealth provides health and wellness programs to Virginia state employees to help them get healthy and stay fit.
Who is eligible to participate?
CommonHealth is offered to all Virginia state employees who work at participating agencies, including VCU, and their covered family members over the age of 18 living in their homes.
Retirees are also eligible to participate in the CommonHealth program.
What is the cost to participate?
Most CommonHealth programs, events, and activities are offered at no charge. However, a few activities, such as CPR classes, have a small cost associated with them.
What does CommonHealth offer?
CommonHealth offers a variety of health-related programs and activities on both the Monroe Park and MCV Campuses. These include:
