State employment policies
- Mandatory Terrorism and Security Awareness (TSA) Orientation **must be completed within 90 days of hire**
Governor’s Executive Order 44 requires all state employees to complete a one-time TSA Orientation. Log into Blackboard at https://blackboard.vcu.edu, go to the Courses tab and type VA Terrorism in the Course Search box.
