W2s |
Employees who gave their eConsent can print their 2007 W-2 statements online. Print as many copies as you like ... whenever you like ... there's no cost to you! Electronic W2s significantly reduce the risk of identity theft by thieves targeting mailboxes at W2 time.
Log on at my.vcu.edu and click on "Banner Self Service for Faculty, Staff & Students" in the Single Sign-On Links section.
Click the "Employee" link, followed by "Tax Forms," "W2 Year End Earnings Statement," and "2007." Important! Note these 2007 W-2 instructions and additional explanations of the W2 box amounts.

For those who did not sign up to receive their 2007 W2 statements electronically, paper copies of W2s were mailed to their home addresses no later than January 31, 2008, to comply with federal law.
